The HUGE impact fitness has on the game of soccer!!

The fitness aspect of the game is not why kids choose to play soccer, but it can be the reason why some quit or never make it to the next level.


Very few coaches or players would argue that fitness is not an important part of the game. Fatigue during a match leads to a whole host of problems that lead to poor play.
